Initial Hormone Wellness Consultation
A 30-minute visit with Dr. Foo to review your symptoms, history, and goals, and determine which labs are appropriate.

Lab Draw + Handling
We coordinate the draw and logistics. Labs may include hormone markers and thyroid screening to evaluate the full picture.

Assessment + Follow-Up Plan
Once results return, Dr. Foo reviews the findings and outlines a personalized plan. Follow-ups are scheduled according to your response and monitoring needs.

What is hormone therapy?
Hormone therapy is a medical approach that may help support well-being when hormone changes are contributing to symptoms, especially during perimenopause and menopause.
What is perimenopause versus menopause?
Perimenopause is the transition before menopause, when cycles may change and symptoms can begin—often in the late 30s to 40s. Menopause is defined clinically after 12 months without a menstrual period. We help women across this spectrum with a plan matched to their stage and goals.
What does “bioidentical” mean?
Some patients use “bioidentical” to describe hormones chemically similar to those the body produces. FDA-approved and compounded options are not the same. We discuss what is supported by evidence, what remains uncertain, and which route—if any—may make sense for you.
How is treatment delivered?
Treatment is individualized. Depending on your evaluation, different routes may be considered, and pellet therapy may be discussed for appropriate candidates.

Gratuity Notice
Effective April 9, 2026, we no longer accept gratuities. Our providers do not work on commission.
Cancellation Policy
Effective October 1, 2026: At Aloha Aesthetics MD, we reserve dedicated time for your care. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations and missed in-person appointments incur a $100 fee, or $300 for Morpheus8®, PicoSure® Pro, XERF®, and PRFM appointments. Short-notice cancellations disrupt our practice and prevent other patients from receiving care during that time. Thank you for helping us keep appointments available to our patients.
